ACER machines purchased through ACER or one of its authorized dealers are guaranteed a one year limited mechanical parts warranty and 90 day for electrical parts warranty from the day the machine arrives at user’s facility. The local dealer will be responsible for providing the labor portion of the ACER warranty. The CNC portion of the warranty is determined by the maker of the control.

This Warranty only applies the original, purchase of a new machine. It does not apply to mechanical and electrical parts that have is repaired, altered, damaged, failed to function due to abuse or misuse, negligence, or accident. And, warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or consumable items.

ACER Trouble Free E-Mill™ Head warranty terms:

E-Mill™ Head sold shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the one year warranty period and ACER will provide one year (from the original invoice date) parts only warranty for the E-Mill™ Head.

You are responsible to diagnose and identify the malfunction parts of the E-Mill™ Head and inform ACER technical department about the problems in order to arrange the replacement.

ACER will arrange to ship replacement parts to you and ACER will pay the one way shipping cost. You are responsible to sent back the defective parts to ACER and you pay the one way shipping cost back to ACER.

ACER will invoice and charge to your account if you fail to send the defective parts back to ACER within 15 days after received the replacement parts from ACER.
